Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We know you need your workwear quickly, so we aim to dispatch stocked items as fast as possible. Delivery costs and available services are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.
- Standard delivery: typically 3–5 working days.
- Express delivery: typically 1–2 working days where available.
- Personalised orders: please allow additional time for embroidery or print production before dispatch — we'll confirm your timescale when you order.
Once your order is on its way we'll email you tracking details where available. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the point of dispatch, and personalised or bulk orders may take a little longer to produce.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To keep things simple, please:
- Make sure items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
- Include your order number so we can process your return quickly.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can advise the best return method.
Personalised & printed items
Because embroidered and printed garments are made to order specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect. This is in line with UK consumer law, which exempts personalised and bespoke goods from standard return rights. Please double-check your logo, sizes and quantities before placing a personalised order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If any item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered — including personalised items — please contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve it quickly.
How to start a return
Get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Your statutory rights
