For products with our 24-hour dispatch option, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. For all other products, the most accurate dispatch date will be shown at checkout.

We always aim to ship by the estimated date, but during busy periods dispatch may take a little longer. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Yes plain samples of all our products are available to order, and we actually recommend this if you’re trying something new. Samples are charged at the standard price, but you can either return them (with no restocking fee) or keep them and use them in a future order.

If the size you need is out of stock, simply click “Notify me when in stock” next to the product size. As soon as it becomes available, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready to order.
