Plain items (no logo): dispatched within 3 working days.
Branded items (embroidered or printed): dispatched within 10 working days. We email you a free digital proof first, so please approve it promptly.

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day count from that day. Each product page shows your exact estimated dispatch dates, and UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch (free on orders over £99).

Need it faster? Choose Speedy (branded dispatch in 4 working days, £20) or Lightning (branded dispatch next working day, £25) at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, as well as PayPal. You can also pay by BACS transfer – please use your sales order number (shown at the top of your quotation) as the payment reference.

Yes – plain samples of all our products are available to order, and we recommend them if you’re trying something new. Samples are charged at the standard price. You can keep them and use them in a future order, or return them with no restocking fee (return postage is paid by you).
